looking to start a percussive group. no, not like blue man or stomp. (wny)

I've been trying for a while to get a percussion ensemble type group together but can't seem to find the right people, so I'll try again.
Looking for people who are schooled, can read music, know hand percussion, mallet percussion, as well as all the usual. If you excel at one thing over another, that's fine, just that you understand the concept of all the others. College educated percussionists, or maybe you did the high school NYSSMA All-State thing. If you're rusty, that's ok, honestly I've been siphoned into drumset land for the past few years as well, but getting back my mallet chops.
Not looking for kids who can "blast beat" or who have never lifted up a mallet in their life.
If you don't know how to play to a click or metronome, you're probably not who I'm looking for either.
If you don't know the difference between a xylophone and a marimba, please move on.
Age and gender unimportant.
