Piano Caution! Make sure you have a piano inspected by a professional Piano Technician before you buy something that looks like a piano, but actually may need alot of repairs that you don't see, or worse, could have very loose tuning pins and can not even be tuned! I can go check it out to be sure it is a good instrument. I will tune up a couple notes to make sure the tuning pins are tight. Older pianos can have cracked or worn out pinblocks, caused by dryness over the years, and if too loose, they will never stay in tune for any length of time, without costly repairs, or string and tuning pin replacement! I will check the hammers, keys, action for wear, I can tell how much the piano has been played and how worn out it is! I can check the soundboard and strings! My fee of $35 is also deductable from the moving job, if you decide to buy the piano and have me do the piano moving and Tuning!
