I wanted to make a suggestion to the nanny who is unemployed and is not receiving a reply from the families looking for a nanny. I recently hired a nanny and received numerous replies to my posting. Many replies were paragraphs long with information I cared nothing about. My suggestion to you would be to reply to the posting and briefly tell them something about yourself, what you are looking to be paid and provide a telephone number so they can contact you if interested. Do not continually correspond via email. If you hear nothing after a day or two, it's time to move on. Also consider what you are asking for as pay. Maybe your price is too high. I could not reply to each person because some replies were so lengthy that I deleted them. The nanny I did hire gave me a brief description about herself and did not mention her educational background. Of course it's important, but should be discussed at the interview. Do not brag about yourself, just be honest and sincere. I feel that many parents are busy and don't have the time to reply to numerous emails that do not hold their interest. I do hope that you eventually find a family because many are out there.
Hope this helps!
