Since I don't have a car, I would not consider places more than 1.5 miles (walking distance) away from UB North Campus. Sweet Home Road, Triad Apartment, and surrounding areas would be ideal.
If anybody gets bored living in the dorm on campus and wants to sublease it out, I'd be happy to consider it.
Single apartment, room, sublet are all fine. I prefer to have my own bedroom rather than share a bedroom. Rent alone (excluding utilities) should not exceed $300/month.
