    * Ensure Hertz is utilizing best in class processes for IRP, MSO, Title, Registration and Plate surrenders handling to deliver control and compliance with legal and corporate requirements in the most cost efficient manner.<br>
<br>

    * Supervise and direct activities of fleet services with regard to registration, delivery, plate packaging, titles and deletions.<br>.
<br>

    * Ensure Pool is in proper compliance to IRP.<br>
<br>

    * Ensure registration renewal plan is aligned with strategic fleet rotation to minimize registration expense.<br>
<br>

    * Generate and resolve pool fleet reports.  These include RDS, NONSTOP/TANDEM Title Reports, and CT Services Pending Reports.<br>
<br>

    * Communicate with Region Fleet Services Manager on vehicles delivered with damage.<br>
<br>

    * Ensure receipt of manufacturer certificate of origins and/or titles for all vehicle purchases.<br>
<br>

    * Ensure timely installation of new vehicles.<br>
<br>

    * Ensure timely suspension of turnback and salvage deletions.<br>
<br>

    * Oversee process for receiving and processing salvage vehicle checks, salvage bill of sale, and car sales proceeds log.  Ensure salvage vehicle paperwork is processed with appropriate parties in a timely manner.<br>
<br>

    * Research and resolve all unit number and registration problems.<br>
<br>

    * Coordinate, control and implement quarterly inventory in conjunction with location management.<br>
<br>

    * Generate and research missing car list in conjunction with location management.<br>
<br>

    * Supervise the preparation and scanning of documents to Filenet.<br>
<br>

    * Responsible for making sure the paperwork for theft and recovery vehicles is completed properly (including conversion writeoffs).<br>
<br>

    * Ensure proper handling of vehicles that have been impounded, have Police inquiries and no car at location road service calls.<br>
<br>

    * Coordinate ancillary device install/removal with Vendors where/when applicable.<br>
<br>

    * Work closely with operations to ensure that there is a proper tracking of vehicle and title on all deletions.<br>
<br>

    * Oversee the training of field personnel on the re-plating and re-registration process.<br>
<br>

    *  Ensure the integrity of the fleet in all systems.  This includes correct tags to vins, unit numbers, correct car class to model codes.<br>
<br>

    * Develop knowledge and participate in MPC fleet planning, CMS and the S&OP process.<br>
<br>

    * Work closely with Portfolio and Contribution managers to ensure proper fleet rotations<br>
<br>

    *  Work with Remarketing to ensure repurchase units are disposed of according to the manufacturer programs<br>

* Principal Responsibilities<br>
* Effectively communicate expectations, consequences, changes, policies, and procedures.<br>
* Provide motivation for the successful accomplishment of the assigned team's quality standards and goals.<br>
* Monitor floor activity and calls to assist employees.<br>
* Provide ongoing feedback to employees regarding files, performance, and improvement opportunities.<br>
* Diffuse escalated calls, negotiate, and create solutions for resolution.<br>
* Present, promote, and support all new initiatives.<br>
* Accurately project and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.<br>
* Accountable for all decisions, actions and directives with respect to job responsibilities.<br>
* When requested, manage and track account settlements and/or accounts closed by Client within established guidelines.<br>
* When requested, conduct monthly audits to ensure that accounts have been executed in compliance with Client's requirements.<br>
* When requested, be responsible for monthly Client reporting and processing of returned accounts for review, offers in compromise, reconsiderations, charge offs, 1st and 3rd party levies, pending refund reports, and payment plan reports.<br>
* Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry.<br>
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.<br>
* Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.<br>
* Assist with progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy.<br>
* Ensure compliance with client, office, and company standards, policies, and procedures.<br>
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.<br>
* Make recommendations to implement improved processes.<br>
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.<br>

* Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.<br>
* 2 years of previous collections experience required.  4 years of previous collections experience preferred.<br>
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>
* When required, proficiency with Mercury dialer and Soundbite applications or Davox (Concerto) system.<br>
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.<br>
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.<br>
* Ability to work in a team fostered environment.<br>
* Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.<br>
* Ability to prioritize and organize work.<br>
