If you are a professional artist I am looking for 10-12 artists for a new art gallery/co-op . I have been restoring antique oil paintings and I also work in oils. I have traveled around the country visiting other galleries and would like to see that same quality of gallery in this area. The rent will be $250.00 a month with a min. of a 6 month lease, this covers all expences and advertizing, and will encourage only serious artists. If the full 6 months is paid in advance then you will recieve 1 free month. And for you who sign a year lease and pay in full will recieve 2 free months. There will be a limit to mediums, example 1 photographer, 1 watercolor artist ect. with the exception of oils . The gallery will also carry consignment pieces of art and antique pieces of art.
