Need Someone to Speak Spanish With (Buffalo, NY)

I have tried to self study and learn to speak Spanish through various ways over the years, however, I can't seem to make anything stick-and I don't have the attention span to really dedicate myself to just learning through the methods I've already tried. What I need is someone who is very patient, and who wouldn't mind speaking to me in Spanish-and maybe even give some assignments that I could do. I don't have a lot of money to pay someone to do this. So, if you're interested please contact me.
