Shimmy your shoulders, shake your hips, burn calories, and dance your stress away to high energy Latin music. These dance fitness classes take place on Thursdays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm in Baker Hall gym (behind OLV Basilica , Lackawanna). $6 pay as you go or $5/class if you sign up for the entire session (runs through June 26). This class is for people of all ages and all sizes (we don’t look like the women on the infomercials, but we do have just as much fun!)
